  1. Ur right, in such conditions I do believe 5they need a great manager like Yurgen Klopp, Pep, Flek… not just that they also should have full freedom and support of the whole administration. I also don't Xavi would do it especially looking at the quality or let me say the playing style of the actual players.

  2. Totally agree when it comes to the management of the Manchester United board. Anyone who watches the games managed by ETH knows that there are no real tactics or plans. Those who are supposed to play, do not, and those who are not supposed to play, do. The fact that the BOD continues to allow the club to bleed and offers a new contract to ETH baffles the sanity of the originals. Some may say I am not being fair with this comment, but when a manager blames the players in public, makes dubious substitutions, and is unable to manage star players, it is doomed to fail.

  3. I think they should hold the line. There is ZERO benefit to offloading ETH. In all honesty he hasn't been good when the team is depleted and he's had a decent run of games close to full strength this year, but I still honestly believe he hasn't even had 20 games with his current setup + a 90% fit squad. If he keeps on like this then he 100% deserves the sack, but if we're to replace him it needs to be calculated and not rushed for short term results. I'd give him until the end of the season and see if he can turn it around – if not then we have time to seriously consider the replacements available and establish dialogue with them so we aren't wasting time.
