#footballskills
A simple yet effective exercise for players from U12 upwards, designed to train two-footedness and goal-scoring ability under time pressure.
This exercise is perfect for groups of 5 or more players and doesn’t require a fixed goalkeeper.
One player acts as the passer, while another is the shooter. After the pass, the shooter takes the shot. After shooting, the shooter then becomes the goalkeeper. The next player immediately prepares for their shot. In this example, the first shot is taken with the weaker left foot. Later, players will switch to the right foot.
The distances between the passer, the shooter, and the goal can be adjusted flexibly to increase the pace and difficulty depending on the players’ skill level.
