Soccer Drills – High Intensity Session To Improve Your Fitness On The Ball!



Working with two players and getting a high intensity session in so that they stay match fit. I prefer this to running without the ball on most occasions as it works on their touch and it gets them to manage their energy levels as they would in a regular match.
