Saw my friends college team and I was the only one talking I was in the stands
Nice ideas Shawn, Have a way that I used with a team that had issues talking. In small sided play ( 5v5 , or even 3 team possession) each team has only one team member that can give information to team during play. ( switch guys every few moments so most get chance ) then I say everyone can talk . Bit rough at start but more information started to come about. Also during play heads have to come up to look for passing due to limited talking 🤔 ( little two sided on subject) get content your sending out 🤙

I'm a goalie coach….100% Greeny, it's really difficult to, in effect, change a player's entire persona. I talk about putting a mask on when you walk on the pitch, you don't have to be the same person off the pitch as on it…hardest part of coaching, great video, thanks.
