The course is designed to assist Academy Directors in overseeing the preparation, development and consolidation of the player’s / teams technical, tactical, mental and physical development as well as maximising their performance across an entire youth section of a club. Participants will acquire the ability to plan, organise and oversee the overall development of the youth structures within an elite club at U-13, U-15, U-17 and U-19.
