Awesome Tip: Individual Soccer Drills/Coming Back From Injury/Spring Season Training
This player was recently cleared to play again after a long absence due to injury. This was the 1st session of the spring season so we kept it light, incorporated a bit of cutting, but didn’t want to do anything too advanced considering this player was just recently cleared. Mostly focused on getting comfortable with the ball again and a little bit of everything. Also, I will begin to upload the field setup images so you can see how I set up the session.
