Awesome Tip: High Intensity Soccer Drills – Conditioning – Speed and Agility – Technical
Perfect day for a high intensity session as the player only had a team weight session later that day. We do individual sessions three times a week, so we make sure the intensity of each session varies depending on the day and the team schedule. Incorporated a lot of high work rate touch exercises and a fast-paced finishing exercise at the end. This session was adapted from Joner1on1 training. It’s a great channel for individual sessions.
