Two players face each other and play flat balls to each other<br \/>\n2. A precise ball should be played through the field<br \/>\n3. No soft passes but also no extra hard passes<br \/>\n4. With the first touch, the ball must be taken diagonally to the side in order to pass back to the &#8220;opponent&#8221; with the second touch<br \/>\n5. The first touch can be made in both directions, opponents must always orientate themselves and position themselves quickly<br \/>\n6. No touching of cones allowed<br \/>\n7. Keep it clean &#8211; always two touches<br \/>\n8. The ball must always be played through two cone gates<\/p>\n<p>Organisation:<br \/>\n1. 1 ball<br \/>\n2. 4 cones<br \/>\n3. 5x5m playing field<br \/>\n4. Possible set-up in Champions League mode &#8211; 4 cones and 1 ball per pitch<\/p>\n<p>Coaching Points:<br \/>\n1. Ball control<br \/>\nAwareness\/Orientation &#8211; Look over your shoulder before receiving the ball to see where the space, opponents and teammates are on the pitch<br \/>\nDirection of first touch &#8211; Keep the ball moving, the ball should always be moving, first touch in the direction of the next action, away from the opponent or into open space<br \/>\nFollow-up\/connection action &#8211; Next action possible after first touch (ball must be on the right foot, if possible no bouncing and easy to convert)<br \/>\nBody position\/posture when receiving the ball &#8211; Position your body for the first touch (body is behind the ball, body is over the ball, body weight does not fall backwards)<br \/>\nDeception &#8211; Deceive your opponent using your body or changing speed\/direction before or at the moment you control the ball<\/p>\n<p>Variations:<br \/>\n1. Easier &#8211; More than two touches allowed<br \/>\n2. Variation &#8211; make the field larger or smaller &#8211; as larger the field, as easier is the passing game &#8211; as smaller the field, as easier is the first touch<br \/>\n3. Competition &#8211; League mode with several players<br \/>\n4.
